On the other hand, the Technology and Telecom sector has an extremely valuable human resource that is trained by managers who are qualified experts equipped with rich skills. We believe that the 20 years we have spent in this field is valuable at this very point and add value to our environment.
We have gained experience in many different areas such as Technical, Sales, Marketing, Channel / Product / Strategy and Team Management and Senior Management in leading companies of the IT sector.
On top of above we added nearly 10 years of industry experience in the field of human resources plus coaching and received various training and certifications in this field. By sharing our experience with both our clients and candidates, we continue to transform it into value in the sector with our selection and placement and coaching services under our own brand.

A Message From Our Founder
As a professional who has worked in the Information Sector for many years, I am a close witness that the most fundamental problems are around the human resources process. In my opinion, understanding and evaluating both social and technical skills of a candidate, and reaching the correct conclusion about their suitability for the relevant position requires a special competence. In order for the candidate respect and trust to the evaluator, evaluator must know the relevant subject to a sufficient extent to understand the candidate. In addition, the hiring institution usually is concerned about both competence and the ability of the candidate to adapt to the corporate culture and change. Reaching the right human resources and completing the recruitment does not end the process. It is also necessary to work on issues such as improving the competencies and skills of employees who add value to the company, enabling them to move to new areas in the organization, and mentor other employees.
While technology, institutions and competencies are changing rapidly everyday, I find it extremely important that HR consultancy companies work with this agility. It has been my primary goal to be able to present, both my own experience and my teammates’ experience to candidates and institutions as a consultant and business partner they trust. ASTERA was founded with this understanding.
