She graduated with honors from the Business Administration department at Dokuz Eylül University.
In 2021, she worked as Human Resources Responsible at Metropol Flour Ind. and Trad. Co., where she has been involved in all aspects of end-to-end human resources. In 2022, she worked as a Recruitment Specialist Assistant at Teleperformance Türkiye.
She gained valuable experience by actively participating in all processes, from recruitment to the proposal stage. In 2023, she joined the Astera family as a Human Resources Specialist to support the recruitment processes of companies in the Information Technology sector.
