She started her professional career in the banking sector in 2012. After completing her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, she earned a master’s degree in Human Resources from Marmara University. She has worked in the Human Resources teams of leading companies such as Şekerbank, Fibabanka, İşbank Softtech, and Sabancı Enerjisa Enerji, leading significant projects in training, talent management, leadership development, and organizational development.
During her 10 years of corporate experience in Turkey, she played a key role in winning international Human Resources awards and contributed to the global success of the companies she worked for.
In 2022, she relocated to the Netherlands and has since continued her career as a Global Human Resources Consultant. She has specialized in working with diverse cultures, senior-level recruitment, and organizational talent management, gaining a global perspective. Additionally, she provides professional support in areas such as personalized coaching, resume writing, and interview preparation. Through these services, she helps individuals achieve their career goals and establish a strong position in the business world.
She also serves as the Coordinator of the YenidenBiz Flex Academy. As a member of the Arya Investors Platform in Amsterdam, Serpin has been part of Astera as a Global Human Resources Consultant since 2025.
