He has worked for over 30 years in Turkey, Brazil, Japan, Finland, the United Kingdom, North America, China, India, and Qatar as a business consultant, program manager, and change manager at Deloitte, IBM, Ernst & Young (EY), and SAS Institute. He focuses on the impact of developments in information technology on organizational structure and performance management. He studied Computer Engineering at Boğaziçi University and completed a Master’s degree in organizational behavior at Istanbul University.
He mentors leaders on leadership development, organizational design, motivation, and change management.
