She completed her undergraduate education at Uludağ University, Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations. She graduated from Anadolu University Open Education Faculty Human Resources Management associate degree program during her undergraduate studies.
Between 2020-2021, she worked as a VIP/Crisis Management Customer Representative in HepsiBurada. In this role, she provided fast and proactive solutions aimed at customer satisfaction and gained experience in crisis management and problem solving.
In 2022, she joined the Astera family as a Human Resources specialist to support the recruitment processes of companies in the IT sector.
