She started her career as a Computer Programmer at Koc Unisys. Then, she moved to IBM Turk Limited Sirketi and fulfilled different duties for 30 years and assumed managerial and executive roles. She started as System Specialist and provided consultancy and after sales support services to Finance Sector customers. After 4 years she moved to Server Hardware Sales role and she performed the role for 5 years, have been the public speaker for the platform. She collaborated with IBM Business Partners and gave classroom trainings to increase the knowledge levels and do skill transfers. Then she moved to Territory Sales Representative role and performed sales activities for the financial institutions, banks and their subsidiaries, within the General Sector. Also as the Customer Representative for Izmir and Gaziantep regions, she was responsible for major industrial conglomerates and holdings. After 17 years of working in sales duties, she moved to the IT Outsourcing Services division within IBM Global Services.
